Business and Finance Manager

General Statement of Duties:

1.     Establishes and maintains consistent procedures for processing and allocation of all financial transactions.

2.     Maintains accurate financial records associated with all financial transactions.

3.     Processes all Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner. This includes management of financial aid and tuition and incidental billing.

4.     Processes payroll and the administration of all human resource functions including employee onboarding and benefits.

5.     All other duties as assigned by Lincoln Lutheran Administration.
