Lifegate Preschool Head Teacher, Part-Time
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm for the 2024/2025 school year.
Responsible for teaching the daily concepts, taking full responsibility of the children, being a spiritual leader and having excellent communication with parents and coworkers. Function as head of the class with proven ability to delegate and lead Assistant Teachers. Lead parent teacher conferences, participate in staff meetings, and attend teacher in-service days. Must have good communication skills, classroom management, a willingness to collaborate, and be a team player.

Qualifications: Minimum requirements are valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate OR a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, education or child/youth development OR an associate’s degree in early childhood education, education or child/youth development OR a Child Development Associate Credential OR a high school diploma and at least 1500 hours verifiable experience working with young children. Continuing education hours will be required on a yearly basis. Must be in alignment with the vision and culture of Lifegate Church.
