Special Education Teacher 7-12

We are a welcoming pre-school through 12th grade facility that focuses on providing excellent education for all in a community-oriented environment. Our school district is located between the tri-cities – Grand Island, Hastings, and Kearney – and is comprised of the Village of Kenesaw as well as surrounding rural areas. Our community consistently provides great support and pride in our school and offers tremendous opportunities for our students.

Kenesaw Public Schools is accepting applications for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and qualified 7-12 Special Education teacher. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, desire to continue to improve their skills, and a willingness to contribute collaboratively in a Professional Learning Community.  Responsibilities will include the supervision and case management of secondary level (7-12 grade) students and the maintenance, compliance, and upkeep of all SPED policies and programs. Opportunities for extra duties exist and are dependent upon the strengths of the successful candidate.
