Johnson County Central Public Schools is accepting applications for the position of High School Principal (Grades 9-12).  The Johnson County Central school district comprises the communities of Tecumseh, Cook, Talmage, Burr and Elk Creek.  Johnson County Central’s high school is located in Tecumseh, NE.  All applicants should hold a Nebraska Principal Endorsement for grades 9-12 or its equivalent.

This position is for the 2025-2026 school year. Johnson County has implemented a 4 day school week schedule.  We offer excellent benefits including, full family health insurance, dental and vision insurance.  Disability insurance is provided as well.   All administrators  are also a part of the Nebraska Retirement System (NPERS).  Participation in a 125 Plan and a 403(b) plan are also available.
