7-12 Science Teacher 2024-2025 4-Day School Week Schedule
Johnson County Central Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a highly motivated, passionate team-oriented Science teacher for grades 7-12. This position will begin in the fall of 2024. We are looking for someone who has the willingness to invest in our community and the Johnson County Central School District. In 2024-2025, Johnson County Central will be implementing a four-day school week schedule. A teacher entering the district will be credited with all their years of actual teaching service outside the district for this position. Extra duty positions may be available. Johnson County Central Public Schools has attendance centers in both Cook and Tecumseh Nebraska, both within an hour of Lincoln and Omaha.

This position will begin in January 2024. The salary is based on the teacher’s placement on the salary schedule. The 2023-2024 base salary is $39,400 with a 5×4 salary schedule. We offer excellent benefits including; health, dental, disability, and vision insurance. We are a part of the NPERS Retirement System and employees may contribute to a 403(b) plan as well. In 2024-2025 Johnson County Central Schools will be implementing a four-day school week schedule.
