Secondary Special Education Teacher-Four Day School Week.
Johnson County Central Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a highly motivated, passionate team-oriented secondary Special Education Teacher. Applicants who are eligible for a Provisional Teaching Permit may be considered as well. Johnson County Central has a four day school week schedule. Teachers will be credited with all their years of experience. We are looking for someone who has the willingness to invest in our community and the school district. Extra duty positions may be available. Johnson County Central Public Schools has attendance centers in both Cook and Tecumseh, Nebraska.

This position will begin in August of 2025. The 2025-2026 base salary is $41,600. We offer excellent benefits including; health, dental, disability and vision insurance. We also offer maternity/paternity leave and a long term, tenured teacher sick bank buyback benefit. We are part of the NPERS Retirement System and employees may contribute to a 403 (b) plan as well.
