Lindsay Academy is an independent Junior/Senior High School located in Lindsay, NE. seeking a full-time 7-12 Math teacher starting with the 2024-25 school year. All years of experience are accepted; extra duty and coaching is available for those interested.

Lindsay Academy is a new faith-based school dedicated to providing students with a nurturing environment for academic achievement and spiritual growth to flourish hand in hand.  The management of Lindsay Academy is free of outside influence from organizations who do not understand the blessings and needs for rural education. Educators will have the unique opportunity to build upon the rich history of Lindsay and develop a competitive option for families in the region.

Construction of brand-new facilities is underway and classes will move into the new facility for 2nd semester (December 2024). Teachers will have the opportunity to develop their desired curriculum and selection of new school features and elements as construction occurs.

Additional Information

  • Start with the 2024-25 School Year
  • Base salary: $36,649 with $6,000 stipend for insurance with a 4×4 salary schedule (negotiable)
  • Retirement match 100% up to 10% of gross salary
  • New facilities with class sizes ranging from 5-13 students
  • Free daily lunches, day care reimbursement, 50% tuition reduction for children who attend Lindsay Academy or Lindsay Holy Family Elementary and tuition assistance for certain endorsement requirements needed for the Academy
  • All years of experience are accepted.
  • Catholic religious affiliation is encouraged, but not required.
