7-12 Physical Education / Strength & Conditioning

Humphrey Public Schools in partnership with Lindsay Academy is seeking applications for a JH/HS Physical Education Instructor (Grades 7-12) with an emphasis in Strength & Conditioning for the 2026-2027 school year.  The Humphrey-Lindsay Cooperative has experienced many successful seasons in all activities we participate in together.  Our cooperative has recently added wrestling to our activity offerings for our student athletes.  This position would spend a portion of their day at Lindsay Academy with the rest of the day spent at Humphrey Public.  Applicants must hold or be able to obtain a Nebraska Teaching Certificate in the appropriate endorsed area by August 1, 2026. 

Humphrey is conveniently located on HWY 81, 20 miles from Columbus and 25 miles from Norfolk.  Humphrey offers a collaborative teaching staff and strong financial resources.  Coaching and sponsorship opportunities are available but not required.  The successful candidate must possess or be eligible for a Nebraska Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsements as required by the Nebraska Department of Education.
