Elementary Teacher

Holy Cross Catholic School is seeking a highly qualified teacher candidate to join our primary grade level teaching team (Grades K-4).

The successful candidate will facilitate student success and growth in academic areas, as well as social-emotional, and spiritual areas. Candidates should have excellent classroom management and a strong foundational knowledge in teaching. The candidate should demonstrate a strong knowledge of child development, primary grade curriculum, and ability to personalize learning through effective lesson planning and use of a variety of instructional strategies. The applicant must have strong communication skills, a willingness to collaborate with a team of elementary teachers to determine curriculum and encourage current best practices in instruction for a diverse group of students. Candidates proficient in technology-use are preferred but not required. Those considered must promote and teach the values of the Catholic faith. Practicing Catholic candidates preferred but not required.
