7-12 Industrial Technology Teacher
Hitchcock County High School in Trenton Nebraska is seeking a qualified candidate for a 7-12 Industrial Technology Teacher for the 2022-2023 school year. The District is looking for an individual that is creative, innovative, positive, and has a passion for Industrial Technology who wants to be a part of a strong school district, and has the personality to impact the education of students. Courses taught will take into account the skills and education of the successful candidate but would include Woods I and II, basic construction, carpentry, welding, small engine mechanics, and Laser technology.
The successful candidate must hold a valid State of Nebraska Teaching Certificate in the area of Industrial Technology. Hitchcock County Schools is a progressive school district in Southwest Nebraska. We offer an outstanding academic program with a wide variety of curricular and extracurricular offerings. Coaching and extra-duty positions are available.
Start date is on or about August 8th, 2022. Hitchcock County Schools offers a competitive salary and benefit package that is commensurate with experience. The base salary is $35,700 for the 2021-2022 school year. The district provides full family Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance with Type C dental, ten sick leave days, two professional days and three personal leave.
