K-6 Elementary Teacher

Guardian Angels Central Catholic School is currently accepting applicants for an elementary teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.  The successful candidate will facilitate student success and growth in academic areas, as well as social-emotional, and spiritual areas. The successful candidate will build a positive rapport with all stakeholders and will facilitate the education of all individuals in a positive and professional manner. 

Applicants must have a background in elementary education, Catholic faith preferred, classroom management and the ability to manage duties associated with a self-contained classroom.

-Demonstrates a willingness to learn, grow, and improve as a teacher.

-Prefer experience with Guided Reading and Fountas and Pinnell reading assessment.

-Prefer experience in small group instruction as well as instructional routines.

-Maintain a positive attitude and approach.

-Support colleagues in and out of the classroom.

-Represent the school in the larger community in a positive manner.

-Applicants must also complete a background check and the Archdiocese of Omaha required Safe Environment training.
