Middle School Science
Axtell Community School is accepting applications for a 5-8 middle school science teacher for the 2024-25 school year. Applicants must have or be able to attain a valid Nebraska teaching certificate and any required endorsements. Extra duty coaching and sponsorship position may be available but not required. Axtell Community School is a progressive school district with a 344 PreK-12 student enrollment. We are located 15 miles south of Kearney and have a population of 800. EOP

The base salary for the 2024-25 school year is $39,100 with a salary schedule of 4 X 4.5 index. We accept up to 15 years of successful teaching experience. We offer BC/BS of Nebraska with a $1,050 deductible and an option of a health savings account. Axtell Community School is an EOP
