Middle School Instructional Coach
Instructional coaches provide job-embedded coaching that helps GIPS teachers more effectively and consistently teach, and GIPS students learn the district’s established curriculum. These coaches will spend the majority of their time in classrooms observing the teaching and learning process, then providing individual teachers with growth-evoking feedback. A significant amount of time will also be spent on helping teachers plan instruction and analyze data to drive instructional and building-level decisions. Nebraska Teacher Certification with Master’s Degree in Mathematics or Curriculum and Instruction preferred.
Competitive salary schedule, plus $3,000 bonus paid upon successful completion of probationary period.
