Executive Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Professional Learning

This executive director develops the short- and long-term instructional vision for GIPS and works to establish a culture of high expectations and shared responsibility for equitable access to high-quality and culturally relevant instruction. GIPS is interested in visionary leaders and invites applications from experienced candidates with a proven track record of leading innovative change initiatives.

Master’s degree in education required, doctorate preferred. Administrative certification, or eligible to be certified by the Nebraska Department of Education, and 3-5 years of leadership experience in school leadership and/or curriculum development needed.

Salary $115k – $130k commensurate with experience, and competitive benefits.
