Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Coordinator, Secondary
The CIA Coordinator, Secondary, is the leader, spokesperson, and expert on curriculum, instruction, assessment for grades 6-12. This role collaborates with the secondary school administrators to establish a culture of high expectations and shared responsibility for equitable student access to high-quality and culturally relevant instruction. The CIA Coordinator, Secondary, creates authentic partnerships between the district office and the 6-12 school administrative team, to attain an alignment of district resources with school needs, to implement an instructional plan to ensure effective teaching in every classroom and to create conditions to ensure the systemic improvement of practice over time in every classroom.
Master’s degree in Education, preferably Curriculum & Instruction. Three or more years of teaching experience is preferred. Current certification to teach by the Nebraska Department of Education required.
260-day Administrative Contract.
