Gering Schools: First Grade Teacher (FALL 2022)

Northfield Elementary is seeking candidates passionate about teaching First Grade students!  

Our elite team of professionals is responsible for building strong professional relationships. The District uses the Danielson Instructional Framework and is committed to the PLC process.  Extra duty assignments may be available but are not required.

Additional Information

2022-23 Base Salary: $38,150, plus a $10,000 fringe benefit (taxable-income)

Incoming candidates are provided with matching years of experience.  A full benefits package including health, vision, dental, life, and long-term disability options is offered. 

The Board of Education, in conjunction with the Superintendent and the Gering Education Association, annually reviews the compensation format and needs of our staff in order to keep a competitive pay structure in place.
