7-12 Special Education Teacher
Franklin Public Schools in Franklin, NE, is accepting applications for a 7-12 Special Education Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year or second semester of the current school 22-23 school year. We are looking for someone who would be willing to take on an exciting opportunity with a small case load starting out. The position will remain open until filled. Franklin is located 50 miles southwest of Kearney, NE and is a Class D1 school with an average graduating class size of 20.
This person would be in charge of all 7-12 Special Education students. Candidates will need to collaborate with their teaching peers, and being willing to advocate for their special education students. They must be a good communicator, and a team player. Other roles could include being a member of the schools MTSS team, 504 team, and possibly other duties if interested.
