Elementary Principal

Due to job advancement within the district, the Franklin Public School District is seeking a dynamic and dedicated PK-5 Principal to help lead our elementary school in the upcoming 2025-2026 school year and beyond.

As the PK-5 Principal, the selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing instructional processes, which include:

  • Ensuring high academic performance

  • Evaluating and supporting teaching staff

  • Managing curriculum development and alignment with state standards

The Franklin Public School District serves students from Pre-K through 12th grade, with an enrollment of approximately 280. Our school is located just 30 minutes south of Minden on Hwy 10.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in educational administration

  • Proven ability to work with instructional staff and support student success
