Special Education Resource Teacher (Grades 3-4)

Fort Calhoun Community Schools is accepting applications for a full-time Elementary (Grades 3-4) Special Education Teacher for the 2021-2022 school year.  Candidates must possess a valid teaching certificate or be able to obtain a special education endorsement. Qualified individuals should be willing to work collaboratively with general classroom teachers, parents and paraprofessionals to provide the most rewarding educational experience possible for our students as they transition into adulthood.  Collaborative teachers that can individualize instruction, motivate students of all ability levels, and provide programming for students of all ability levels are encouraged to apply for this position. Extra duty assignments are available.

Fort Calhoun is located about 15 miles North of Omaha, Nebraska and has a PreK-12 enrollment of 750 students.
