PK-12 Principal

Position: PK-12 Principal
Location: Eustis-Farnam Public Schools
Start Date: 2025-2026 School Year

Eustis-Farnam Public Schools is excited to invite applications for a dynamic and passionate PK-12 Principal to lead our school community starting in the 2025-2026 school year. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping the academic success, growth, and culture of a close-knit school district that serves approximately 180 students and 30 staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a PK-12 school, ensuring an optimal learning environment for all students.

• Lead and collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and staff to implement and monitor the school’s improvement plan.

• Ensure effective delivery of curriculum and instructional programs across all grade levels.

• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student success, staff development, and community involvement.

Necessary Qualifications:

• A valid and appropriate State of Nebraska Administrative certification.

• Proven experience with the school improvement process, including planning, execution, and assessment.

• Strong knowledge of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support) and effective intervention strategies.

• Familiarity with MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) and NSCAS (Nebraska Student-Centered Assessment System) assessments.

• In-depth understanding of Rule 11 and Rule 10 regulations.

• Experience with Special Education processes, including MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) and IEP (Individualized Education Plan) development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and expertise in PK-6 curriculum development and implementation.

• Strong commitment to K-3 literacy initiatives, with an interest in participating in the Nebraska WORDS Project for the 2025-2026 school year.

• Experience in preschool and early childhood education.

• Familiarity with state reporting and compliance requirements.
