ESU 15 Administrator

The Board of Directors of Educational Service Unit 15 is seeking a highly qualified, fully certified, educational leader to serve as administrator.  The board wishes to have the successful candidate assume the responsibilities of the position July 1, 2023.

The candidate must have the background, skills, and abilities for excellence in educational leadership.  The board recognizes that selecting an administrator is one of the most important decisions it will make.  The board developed the following:

The next administrator of Educational Service Unit 15 will be:

  • A visionary leader who understands the culture and educational needs of our diverse student population and the rural region of Southwest Nebraska
  • an inspirational, innovative, and data-driven instructional leader who can help us enhance and advance educational excellence
  • Strategic budgeting skills that build upon our fiscal responsibility
  • A community and regional leader who is open-minded with a high level of integrity and able to collaborate with all stakeholders to build and maintain trust

Additional Information

ESU 15 offers Family Health, Single Dental, Sick and Personal Leave.  Salary to be determined based upon qualifications and experience.  Starting Date is July 1, 2023.
