7-12 Spanish Teacher
Elwood Public School has an opening for a 7-12 Spanish teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Contract will be 184 days and will begin on or about August 10th and end on or about May 20th. Elwood is located 45 minutes southwest of Kearney and only 7 miles from beautiful Johnson Lake. Elwood is located 14 miles from I80 and makes access to the interstate easy. This community is a tight knit rural community and is perfect for those that love outdoor opportunities.

Base salary for 2026-27 is $40,325. Benefits include BC/BS health insurance $1050 deductible or $3800 HSA, single dental, eight sick days and four personal days. Professional days and bereavement days are also included in this package.
