Elgin Public Schools – 7-12 Math Instructor for the 2026-2027 School Year
Elgin Public Schools is currently accepting applications for the position of 7-12 Math Instructor for the 2026-2027 school year. Classes currently taught include the Nebraska Math Readiness Project, 7th Grade Math, 8th Grade Pre-Algebra, Algebra II, Beginning Algebra I, and Advanced Algebra II. We have small class sizes and are a financially sound school district. Interested candidates will need to obtain or be able to obtain the endorsement needed for this position. We are a progressive school district that has a 1:1 technology program in grades K-12. Extra duty opportunities may be available with this position but are not required. Elgin is located 40 miles West of Norfolk on Highway 14 and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The Base Salary for 2026-2027 will be $42,550 along with paid health insurance, single and spouse dental insurance, and retirement. Interested candidates may contact the Superintendent for more information about the benefits. The start date will be on or around August 7, 2026.
