State Service Provider Coordinator – Title IC – Education of Migratory Children
The state MEP Service Provider Program is designed to support the unique needs of PK-12 migrant students and migrant youth who are not currently engaged in a formal school setting. The Service Provider Coordinator will be responsible for developing a statewide service provider plan to assist staff in supporting migrant students to set and achieve goals related to education, work or personal goals. Other responsibilities include: training of service providers, accessing quality materials and resources for service providers to provide instructional services. Successful candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in related field, currently hold a Nebraska teaching certificate, and prior teaching experience in a PK-12 institution. Must have a valid Nebraska driver’s license and reliable transportation.
