School-Based Clinical Provider Supervisor

ESU 2 is seeking a passionate and experienced School-Based Clinical Provider Supervisor to join our team. This leadership role involves supervising and mentoring a team of clinical providers and delivering mental health services within the school setting. In addition to managing performance and ensuring high-quality clinical care, you will play a vital role in driving departmental success and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of clinical providers, conducting regular individual and group supervision sessions to support professional growth and ensure quality care.
  • Oversee provider scheduling, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and regulations.
  • Deliver direct clinical services, including individual, group, family counseling, and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Participate in emergency response services to support clients experiencing emotional crises.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new clinical staff and interns.
  • Contribute to staff development activities, including orientation and ongoing education.
  • Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community partners to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • LIMHP Preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills within a clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and professional skills.
  • Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork.
