Mental Health Therapist – School Based
ESU2 is looking for a therapist to provide mental health services in school settings during the 2025-2026 academic year (about 39 weeks). Experience working with school-age youth and families is a plus. This position involves coordinating with school staff, families, and community resources to support students’ mental health.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual and group therapy and crisis intervention to students
- Collaborate with school teams and community partners
- Complete timely clinical documentation according to policies and procedures
- Attend and participate in school and community meetings
- Offer staff training and mental health consultations
What You Bring:
- Clinical licensure (PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, or equivalent)
- Strong clinical skills and trauma informed experience
- Organizational skills and a positive, motivated attitude
