Teaching & Learning Specialist – ESU 15
Educational Service Unit 15 proudly serves 10 school districts by providing high-quality, collaborative educational support services. Our mission is to enhance learning opportunities for all students by partnering with districts to strengthen instruction, leadership, and systems.
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Teaching & Learning Specialist to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. This position focuses on supporting districts in strengthening literacy instruction through research-based practices, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and continuous school improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate is skilled in instructional coaching and committed to building strong partnerships with educators and administrators.
Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:

Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred

Minimum of five years teaching experience

Ability to design and deliver professional learning and coaching
-
Research-based literacy instruction and intervention
-
Assessment and data practices
-
Continuous school improvement processes
-
Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills

Ability to build collaborative partnerships with educators and administrators
