School Counselor
Deshler Public Schools is accepting applications for a School Counselor for the 2026-2027 school year. This position could be either K-12 or 6-12 grades. Coaching is available but not required with this position. The successful candidate must possess a Nebraska Teaching Certificate and have, or be able to obtain, School Counselor endorsement as required by NDE. The 2026-2027 Base Pay will be $40,100 and DPS will accept all years of experience and completed graduate educational course work.
Deshler Public Schools is a Class D1/D2 school. We are located 60-miles south or York and is a member of the Twin Valley Conference (TVC). Deshler Public Schools is progressive district with strong community relations. We have a strong dual-credit program and provide career readiness classes. Our CTE programs show continued growth and intervention with future plans of a Student Run Business.
