K-8 Special Education Teacher/Intervention Teacher
Cross County is taking applications for the following position for the 2025-2026 school year.
K-8 Special Education Teacher/Intervention Teacher. As our MTSS intervention needs grow, we would vision this position working with students with MTSS interventions for the district if the candidate’s skillsets would support that desire. Ideally, we are looking at the SPED teaching position to include some elementary and middle school grades.
We have multiple coaching and activity sponsor positions available with this position but none are required.
This position is open because we are expanding the Special Education team. The district has outstanding students, excellent staff and outstanding facilities which are located 15 minutes north of York, Nebraska.
Cross County is a Certified High Reliability School through the Marzano Institute. Cross County has reached Levels 1, 2, and 3 within the High Reliability School Framework and is the only school in the State of Nebraska to do so at this time.
