Early Childhood Special Education Teacher

Columbus Public School District is currently hiring an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year.  The teacher will work closely with team members to evaluate and serve children and families.  The instructor will establish relationships with assigned families while also collaborating with community agencies.  The educator will coach families/caregivers to increase their confidence and competence in facilitating their child’s learning and development through daily routines. The teacher will also work with and understand a diverse student population.

Additional Information

Salary is determined by years of experience and education. 

Base salary for 2023-2024 school year starting at $39,100 + $12,000 Cash Stipend ($1000/month to be used for purchase of health/dental insurance or may be taken as cash).

Up to 7 years of experience and all degree work accepted for placement.

Starting August 1, 2023.
