High School Latin Teacher (Part Time) – Creighton Prep (2026-2027)

Creighton Prep is currently accepting applications for a part-time faculty position in the World Language Department as a 9-12 Latin teacher beginning in August of 2026.

 

Possible courses, programs and activities include:

  • Any level of college preparatory Latin, including Advanced Placement

  • Coaching or moderating teams, clubs, or other extra-curricular activities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Latin with preference given to candidates who have a graduate degree in this field

  • Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in World Language – Latin or the ability to obtain one prior to August 2026

  • Preference given to teachers who have the credentials needed to offer dual enrollment

  • Experience with and desire to engage in extracurricular activities such as coaching or moderating clubs and activities is highly desirable
