Director of Campus Ministry – Creighton Prep

Creighton Prep is currently accepting applications for a full-time Director of Campus Ministry beginning on July 1, 2025.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and leadership of a collaborative team with the creativity and adaptability necessary to develop spiritual formation programming that meets the needs of a diverse student body.
  • Provide opportunities for prayer, reflection, service, justice, and leadership development that are rooted in Jesuit traditions and Ignatian spirituality for all constituents.

Additional Information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Pastoral Ministry, or a related field with preference given to candidates who have graduate degrees in one of these fields.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in campus ministry or a related field, preferably within a Jesuit or Catholic institution.
  • Valid Nebraska teaching certificate or the ability to obtain one prior to August 2025 is not required but may be helpful.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and creative approach to working with different stakeholders in the school community, and a willingness to embrace growth and change.
  • Deep personal commitment to faith, service, and justice.
  • Willingness to regularly work outside of the school day, including some weekends.
