K-12 Art Teacher
Creighton Community Schools in Northeast Nebraska has an opening for a full-time certified K-12 Art Teacher for the 26-27 school year. We will also consider provisional candidates, fall 2026 student teachers, and those who would consider adding an Art endorsement through a Praxis exam. Current classes taught include rotating elementary art classes, JH Exploratory Art, General HS Art, Advanced Art, Ceramics, Crafts, Painting, and Studio Art. High school class offerings for each year are determined by student interest and our annual registration process. Extra duty positions will be available but not required.

Start date will be mid-August 2026. Starting salary will be no less than $44,874 for a teacher with no prior experience. Our district follows a 4×4.5 salary schedule that maxes out at MA+18 and 18 years of service. We offer generous personal and sick leave in addition to full family insurance with premiums paid by the district.
