Conestoga Jr/Sr High School is accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year for a Science Instructor. Conestoga is located 30 minutes south of downtown Omaha.  We are proud to celebrate the launch of a major building project, opening Fall 2026.  This includes:

  • 18 new classrooms, which will include 3 new, state of the art science labs

  • New secure entrance to enhance safety and access

  • Expanded and modern CTE wing

  • Renovated classrooms, commons area, and media center to support innovative teaching and student engagement

This position offers competitive salary and benefits. Coaching opportunities in football, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, soccer and track are available with this position. EOE.

Additional Information

Base salary will be $42,650 on a 4×4 schedule offering full family BC/BS insurance, dental, LTD, STD, Life Insurance along with personal, professional and sick leave, on a 165 day contract.

Anticipated start date will be August 2026.

Interested applicants should possess, be working towards or be willing to work towards a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in Science.  All 7-12 Science endorsements will be considered.
