Student Services Specialist

Columbus School District is hiring a Student Support Specialist for the Non-Traditional Learning and Support Center for the 2026-27 school year. The Student Support Specialist will hold a certification as a School Counselor, Social Worker, or Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. The specialist will be qualified to work with at-risk student populations with persistent issues, severe emotional or behavioral concerns as well as chronic absenteeism.  The specialist will communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, support personnel, parents, other specialists as well as outside providers to meet the needs of the student and their families.
