9-12 Vocal Music Director
Columbus High School is hiring a 9-12 Vocal Music Director for the 2026-27 school year. The director will teach programs in the designated content area that include teaching and rehearsing performing groups, concert choir, mixed chorus, guitar class and an auditioned choir. All performing groups rehearse during the regular school day and will perform in public concerts. The teacher will provide leadership and supervision of students in developing, organizing and utilizing resources for an effective instructional program at the high school level in Fine Arts.

Salary is determined by years of experience and education. Up to 7 years of experience and all degree work accepted for placement.
Base salary for 2026-27 school year (negotiations in progress for $41,950) 2025-26 starting at $41,100/year + $12,000 Cash Stipend ($1000/month to be used for purchase of health/dental insurance or may be taken as cash).
$1000 Sign-on bonus.
