9-12 Science Teacher

Columbus Public High School is currently seeking a high school science teacher for the 2022-2023 school year.  The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher – certification in 9-12 natural science/physical science/biology preferred.  All 9-12 science endorsements will be considered.   The teacher must provide a variety of learning experiences in which students are actively engaged participants.  The instructor will have knowledge and the ability to use computer programs and software as a part of the instructional program.

A $12,000 cash stipend is given to all certified employees ($1000/month) to be used for insurance or kept as wages (exempt from NPERS). Salary is determined by years of experience and education. 

Base salary starting at $38,650 + $12,000 Cash Stipend ($1000/month to be used for purchase of health/dental insurance or may be taken as cash).

Up to 7 years of experience and all degree work accepted for placement.

Starting August 4, 2022.
