ELA Teacher

Chase County Schools is seeking a motivated and dedicated English Language Arts Teacher to join our dynamic team! We’re looking for an educator who is passionate about literature, writing, and helping students develop strong communication and critical thinking skills.

As a member of our ELA department, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire students through engaging, standards-based instruction that prepares them for success in college, careers, and life.

We have the flexibility to adjust the position based on the candidate’s grade-level strengths. Depending on the fit, the role could be structured as 8th Grade ELA or 9th–10th Grade ELA, as our ELA department is highly adaptable and willing to shift responsibilities to best match the candidate’s skill set.

Coaching and activity sponsorship opportunities are also available for those interested in becoming involved in our school community beyond the classroom.
