Head Girls Volleyball Coach

Chase County Schools is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Head Volleyball Coach to lead a well-established volleyball program with a history of success and strong community support. The successful candidate will be committed to developing student-athletes athletically, academically, and personally while fostering a positive, competitive team culture.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the volleyball program, including practices, contests, and team/individual development

• Teach and develop volleyball fundamentals, strategies, and skills appropriate for all levels

• Foster sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership among student-athletes

• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, administration, and staff

• Ensure compliance with NSAA rules and district policies

• Manage equipment, uniforms, and program organization

• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for students

Qualifications:

• Prior coaching experience preferred (head or assistant)

• Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals and game strategy

• Ability to motivate and build relationships with student-athletes

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Must meet all Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) and district coaching requirements
