Head Girls Volleyball Coach
Chase County Schools is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Head Volleyball Coach to lead a well-established volleyball program with a history of success and strong community support. The successful candidate will be committed to developing student-athletes athletically, academically, and personally while fostering a positive, competitive team culture.
Responsibilities Include:

Lead and oversee all aspects of the volleyball program, including practices, contests, and team/individual development

Teach and develop volleyball fundamentals, strategies, and skills appropriate for all levels

Foster sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership among student-athletes

Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, administration, and staff

Ensure compliance with NSAA rules and district policies

Manage equipment, uniforms, and program organization
-
Serve as a positive role model and mentor for students
Qualifications:
-
Prior coaching experience preferred (head or assistant)

Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals and game strategy

Ability to motivate and build relationships with student-athletes
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Must meet all Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) and district coaching requirements
