Assistant Director – Human Resources

This position serves as the lead for all CSC monthly and bi-weekly payroll functions, along with serving as the lead liaison for NSCS with the SAP system, providing backup, training and assistance to system wide users. Additional payroll duties include cost analysis reporting and budgeting functions, preparing contracts and amendments, and salary adjustments including final pay calculations and deductions. Prepares audit reports, submits and reviews information with State Auditors and responds to audit findings regarding payroll issues for the institution. Benefit manager duties include new employee enrollment, employee communication regarding benefits, calculating payouts and leave program administration. Position supervises the HR Coordinator, and while the emphasis will be payroll related, it also serves as back up to Human Resources Director for all other department functions as needed.
Bachelor’s degree and applicable experience required
