Centura Public Schools just added a “unicorn” (PE/FCS position) to our team and the momentum is building! We are looking for our next standout educator to lead our Middle School English Language Arts program. If you are passionate about literature, a wizard with words and are ready to make an impact in a tight-knit community, we want to meet you!

We are looking for an ELA teacher who can make Shakespeare feel relevant and a five-paragraph essay feel like a victory! You will be responsible for: 

• Showing your superpowers! (AKA: The ability to inspire middle schoolers!)
• Developing and delivering engaging, standards-based curriculum for middle school grades.
• Fostering a love for reading and critical thinking in a diverse classroom.
• Collaborating with a team of educators who are excited to be a part of each students\’ learning experience.

• Someone with the ability to obtain or currently in possession of a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsements. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
