Teacher/Center Specialist

Central Nebraska Community Action
Partnership is looking for a motivated person to fill a rewarding position
working with our Preschool children in Columbus Nebraska. Individuals would be responsible for the
care and education of young children 3 years to 5 years of age including children
with disabilities and dual language learners.  The Teacher/Center Specialist plans and
provides learning experiences that ensure effective curriculum and assessment
implementation.  This position would also
supervise support staff as assigned and coordinate classroom including daily
scheduling, paperwork and parent communication.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate effective communication and
a non-judgmental attitude when working with staff, families and
children. This position is full time August-April.

Wage is determined by qualifications.

Qualified individuals must have:  Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Early
Childhood Education w/Early Childhood Inclusive/Unified Education.   Prior experience working with children
of preschool age is preferred.   This position is Monday-Thursday
with a flexible schedule.
