Reading Interventionist

Broken Bow Public School is currently accepting applications for a Reading Interventionist for the 2023/2024 school year.  The Reading Interventionist is responsible for supporting student achievement in the area of English Language Arts, with special attention to reading. The Interventionist provides individual or small group instruction to students who are struggling academically. This position is also responsible for monitoring, reporting, and communicating student progress and performance. Valid NE teaching certificate with applicable endorsement required.  Broken Bow accepts all years of teaching experience on the salary scale, and all new teachers automatically start on Step 3 of the district pay scale ($3,000 increase).  Teachers receive up to full family BCBS insurance and have 10 Personal Time Off days each year.   Broken Bow Public Schools also provides continuous in and out-of-state training to all of its teaching staff to further enhance their professional growth within the PLC instructional model.
