English Teacher Grades 6-8
Broken Bow Public Schools is looking for a 6th-8th grade English teacher for the 2025-26 school year. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a valid Nebraska teaching certificate with the appropriate endorsement. Broken Bow is a Class C school in a progressive and dynamic community with approximately 200 students in the middle school.

The district offers a competitive salary with a 2025-26 base of $41,747 along with full family health insurance and employee dental insurance with the option to purchase family dental. All years of experience will be accepted with this position, and first year teachers will start on Step III of the salary schedule. Extended opportunities are also available with this position but are not required. Head Cheer Coach, Head One Act Coach, Assistant Girls Golf and JH Boys Basketball Coach are the current openings for extra duty with pay. Other opportunities may become available before the 2025-26 school year.
