Math Specialist Job Description

The Elementary Math Specialist will serve students and teachers in grades K-5.  This teacher will provide math interventions to students who are below grade level and meet qualifying metrics 80% of each week.  The math interventionist will also provide support to teachers as a math specialist through coaching activities and professional development for 20% of each week. Teachers with a math concentration or endorsement as a math specialist will be given priority consideration.

Qualifications: Valid Nebraska Teaching Certification with proper endorsements/levels required.
