Elementary Maternity Substitutes
Battle Creek Public Schools is taking applications for long-term substitutes for maternity leave from approximately the second week of February through the beginning of May and approximately the second week of March through the end of the year. We will be flexible with dates needed off during that time, as well, if needed. Battle Creek Public Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The district offers a competitive substitute rate of $150 per day that increases to $216.22 per day after seven consecutive days subbing. The tentative start date for the first maternity leave is the second week of February and will run until approximately the beginning of May. The tentative start date for the second maternity leave is the second week of March and will run through the end of the school year.
