Elementary Special Education/Behavior Interventionist

Bancroft-Rosalie Community Schools is seeking applications for an Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2019-2020 school year. This teacher will serve as the Behavior Intervention Specialist and work with MTSS Tier 2, Tier 3, and Special Education students. Duties include developing and implementing behavior plans and teaching reading, language and math groups.

Bancroft-Rosalie is a MTSS/PBIS school utilizing Mastery Learning. Preference will be given to candidates with experience with Direct Instruction techniques and using interventions to help struggling students.

Additional Information

Base salary for 2019-20 is $36,250.

Nebraska teaching certificate with an endorsement in Special Education Teaching is required.

 

 

 

 

Activity assignments available, but not required with this position include Head Volleyball, Assistant Wrestling and Junior High Sports.
