Aquinas Catholic Middle/High School- Maintenance Director

Aquinas Middle/High School, a 6-12 Catholic School in Butler County, is currently accepting applications for a qualified Maintenance Director. The applicant should be a practicing Catholic with a desire to serve the Catholic Church through its schools.

Essential Functions:

Perform skilled work in all phases at an advanced level of maintaining all indoor and outdoor equipment with emphasis on repair and service.

Exercise independent judgment and advanced decision-making skills.

Exercise self-initiative skills and the ability to self-direct work and problem solve.

Extensive trouble shooting skills, the ability to inspect and diagnose complex problems and make necessary repairs; utilization of preventative maintenance techniques; and the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data.

Work environments will consist of indoor and outdoor independent work including snow removal, mowing, and trimming. 

 This position has included Transportation Director responsibilities as well.
