Due to retirement, Ansley Public School is seeking a highly motivated and skilled 7-12 Principal for the 2025-2026 school year.  The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with a passion for student achievement, teacher development, and community engagement. This individual will play a pivotal role in guiding our school toward continuous improvement while supporting the mission and vision of APS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality instruction.

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous learning environment.

  • Collaborate with staff, students, parents, and the community to promote a positive school culture.

  • Implement and uphold district policies, procedures, and goals.

  • Use data to drive instructional decisions and improve student outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Must qualify for or hold a valid Nebraska Administrative Certificate with a 7-12 Principal Endorsement.
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, and team-building.
