Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure successful teaching and learning within an intentionally inviting, positive, safe, and secure environment for students, families, teachers, staff, and the community while giving priority to fostering the Catholic Faith by showing God’s Love, Kindness, and Excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess Nebraska Administrative certification, a high level of professionalism, superior communication and relationship-building skills, a strong instructional presence, an intuitive understanding of utilizing data to inform instruction, and well-developed competencies in problem-solving and critical thinking.
Bachelor of Science
Master’s Degree in Education Administration
Possesses or is able to secure a valid Nebraska Administration Certificate
Five or more years of experience as a classroom teacher
Successful background check and completion of Safe Environment Training
